Your school is complex.
Scheduling it shouldn't be.
A timetable built around your institution — not the other way around.

You define how your institution works — availability, workloads, rooms, teaching structures, preferences and priorities. Classify handles the computational complexity, builds an optimized timetable around those rules, and keeps you in control when something changes.

Measured on our ten-group demonstration institution. Speed is useful, but the important part is control: hard rules are never broken, priorities guide optimization, and if the requirements genuinely conflict, Classify tells you instead of returning a timetable that only looks valid.

Generate

You define the rules. Classify handles the combinations.

Tell Classify what must happen, what should happen, and what your school prefers. Hard, semi-hard and soft rules let the timetable reflect institutional reality instead of forcing reality into a generic template.

Reduce unnecessary gapsOptimize student and teacher days instead of settling for a timetable that is merely valid.
Protect teaching structureKeep course blocks, breaks and sequencing aligned with the way your school actually teaches.
Model real teaching arrangementsCo-teaching, shared teaching and split groups can be represented without manual workarounds.

Adjust

One change shouldn't break your entire timetable.

A teacher becomes unavailable, a room changes, or a policy shifts. Classify helps you adapt without unnecessarily destroying what already works — change what needs to change, preserve what doesn't.

Drag and dropPick up a session, and valid target slots light up as you move.
Update with minimum disruptionRe-solve around the change while preserving as much of the existing timetable as possible.
Undo the last adjustmentOne click back, at any point.

Constraints

Built for the way you actually teach.

Real institutions have exceptions, preferences and teaching structures that do not fit a simple template. Classify gives schedulers the control to express that complexity without turning timetabling into a technical project.

Instructor room preferencesSoft, so the solver favours them, or hard, so it restricts to them.
Per-instructor teaching distributionMinimum and maximum slots per day, days per week, each with its own hard/soft/off mode.
Availability check before you runCompares assigned availability against teaching load and tells you if there's enough room — before you waste a solve.
Clustered solvingLarge institutions generate level by level, in a cascade order you set.

How it works

You define reality. Classify handles the complexity.

STAGE 01

Describe how your institution works

Bring in groups, courses, instructors, rooms and time slots, then define the structures and availability that shape your real timetable.

STAGE 02

Set priorities, then optimize

Choose what must happen and what should happen. Classify searches the combinations, respects hard constraints, and optimizes around your priorities.

STAGE 03

Stay in control after generation

Review, adjust, export and respond to changes without treating every new constraint as a reason to rebuild the entire timetable.

Direct support, included

Advanced scheduling power.
Without leaving your team alone with it.

Your team knows the institution. We know the scheduling engine. When you need us, we can work directly with your team to translate unusual requirements into Classify, review the setup, and help you reach the outcome you need.

Direct product support is included in the partnership
3 institutions Full 2026–2027 access Any institution may apply

In return, selected partners agree to periodic feedback calls and to help us document an approved, factual case study and honest testimonial. No student data, timetable data, or other sensitive institutional information will be published.

Talk through your timetable

Co-teaching, unusual workloads, room restrictions, or a policy unique to your institution—we help translate it into the system.

03

Solve problems with us, directly

If something behaves unexpectedly or you are unsure how to achieve a result, our team can investigate it with you.

Questions

Before you ask

Will our team have to configure and troubleshoot everything alone?
No. Classify is designed to be straightforward, but direct support is included in the partnership. We can help review your setup, translate unusual scheduling policies into the right configuration, and investigate issues with your team. You remain in control of the timetable, but you are not left alone with the software.
What exactly is free, and what happens afterwards?
We are selecting exactly three founding institutions to receive full access to the Timetable Builder and Exam Management at no cost for the 2026–2027 academic year. Any school, university, or other education institution may apply. Selected partners work directly with our team on their real scheduling requirements and participate in periodic feedback calls. We also ask them to help us prepare an accurate case study and honest testimonial based on their experience. Nothing is published without their approval, and no student data, timetable data, or other sensitive information is disclosed. There is no credit card and no automatic conversion to a paid plan.
Do we need to install anything?
No. Classify runs in the browser. Any device with a modern browser and an internet connection works — there's no server to set up and nothing to back up.
Where is our data stored?
On Google Cloud in a European region, encrypted in transit and at rest. Your institution's data is isolated from every other institution on the platform. We can walk your IT team through the details on a call.
What if the solver can't find a timetable?
Then your constraints genuinely conflict, and it says so rather than returning something broken. The availability check flags most of these before you even run — comparing the availability you've entered against the teaching load you've defined. Softening one rule from hard to semi-hard usually resolves it.
Can we still edit by hand?
Yes, in both directions. You can pre-assign sessions before generating and have the solver complete the rest around them, and you can drag sessions afterwards — with an undo for the last adjustment.
What languages does the interface support?
English, French and Arabic, including right-to-left layout. Exports follow the language you're working in.
How large an institution can it handle?
Small and medium institutions solve in the browser in seconds. Larger ones use background jobs and clustered solving, which generates level by level in a cascade order you define. If you're at the top end, tell us your numbers on a call and we'll be straight with you about it.
Can we export the timetables?
Word export and direct print, scoped however you like — the current view, everything as one page per entity, or a selection of specific groups, instructors or rooms.

Stop fighting your timetable.
